Abstract :
The FFT based algorithm exploited the frequency domain sampling to design equiripple FIR filters iteratively, where the inherent frequency domain constraint will affect the iteration number. Hence, this paper studies the influence of the frequency domain constraint in each iteration of FFT based FIR filter design. The simulation shows that the presented frequency domain constraint can degrade the iteration number and therefore save computations.
