Abstract
It is discussed in this paper about how to use MSS, TM/ETM and CBERS-2 images to detect dynamically the ground sunk seeper in Kailuan Caol Mine, Which area ranging from E118deg20´ ~~ 118deg34´ to N39deg33´~~ 39deg46´. By extracting the 4 temporal RS images, the dynamic information on 28 years of ground sunk seeper in KaiLuan Coal Mine is achieved. The result shows that RS technology works very well in detecting ground sunk seeper in mining area in that with multitemporal RS data the ground sunk seeper area in the mine is put under prompt and accurate dynamic monitoring and that dramatically avoids such shortcomings as time/energy consumption, and poor effect in traditional human investigation. Furthermore, the evolution state can also be precisely reflected relatively, according to the change of ground seeper area.
