Abstract
In this paper possible ways of taking into account implementation and usage of informational technologies (IT) and, including, corporate information systems (CIS) at enterprise are considered. Sequence of efficiency evaluation and its components is presented. Features of CIS implementation are analysed from the point of view of obtaining a maximum efficiency.
