Abstract
A new autocalibration method is proposed for digital magnetic sensor arrays which are highly sensitive to process variations. By using a modified digitally controlled charge pump there is no need for extra controlling voltages, floating control gates or laser trimming. The charge pump is driven by an adaptive filter to find the optimum threshold voltages for the sensor flip-flops
