  • Abstract
    The high performance hydrogen bell-type annealer is one important kind of cold-rolled steel coils annealers. The flow of hydrogen in the inner bell is very important for the anneal of the steel coils. This paper analyses the studies on the flow of hydrogen in the inner bell of high performance hydrogen bell type annealers, including the calculate model, numerical simulation, and experiment. Through these methods, we could get the flow of hydrogen accuracy. By improving the structure of the annealer base and the guide plate, we could optimize the flow of hydrogen in the inner bell. Such as improvements to the progress of the technical means further improving production efficiency. But it is necessary to further research the structure of the guide plate to make the flow of hydrogen better for the heat transfer of the steel coils.
