  • Abstract
    According to the analysis of the potential energy recovery system in hybrid hydraulic excavators, a structure of accumulator absorbing pressure pulsation in arm potential energy recovery system was put forward. The mathematical models of hydraulic components and electric components were built on the base of system working principle, system pressure change and energy recovery effect was studied in the system of applying accumulator and no accumulator. Theory analysis and simulation results shows that the system pressure pulsation smaller in applying accumulator energy recovery system, and energy recovery efficiency was improved.
