Abstract
In this paper, delay-dependent stability problem is studied for neural networks with a time-varying delay. Some less conservative stability criteria are established without ignoring any negative quadratic terms and by considering the relationship between the time-varying delay and its bound when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functionals. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and the benefits of the proposed method.
