Abstract
People are paying more attention to the environmental problems caused by the electromagnetic radiation from TV and radio tower now. The subject analyzes the distribution and variation of electromagnetic field nearby one of this tower, then we can conclude that the level of electromagnetic field is related with the height. The higher buildings suffer more electromagnetic radiation then lower ones. In order to meet the standards of environmental protection and the transmission of electromagnetic signals, city planners need to control the height of the building. So it is very important to researching on the function zoning of electromagnetic environment before planning the future city.
