Abstract
The radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is being used more and more widely. Especially the successful application of the technology in the Beijing Olympic Games and the Shanghai World Expo greatly boosted the development of the entire industry. RFID based real-time location technology is a cutting-edge field of research in the RFID industry. This paper gives a location case based on electronic tour guides and discusses issues related to RFID location technology. Such work will contribute to future in depth research in this field.
