  • Abstract
    The increasing of IOTpsilas gain on 10-12 dB by using two-gap input cavity having unequal rf voltages is considered. The efficiency enhancing by using two-frequency operation in output cavity (class F) is simulated numerically. The opportunity of significant decrease of intermodulation products by low frequency predistortion is demonstrated.
