  • Abstract
    A 16 m sundial solar tracking machine is generally designed based on the old gnomonics principle. It offers advantages like low power consumption, smooth operation, non-impact effect, and good reliability. 4 prototypes were separately installed in Changchun City and Qian´an County, Jilin Province, China.
