Abstract
According to related systems engineering and evolutionary game theory, cooperative enterprise Games is bounded rational, self-determination, dynamic, economic system. In view of the current limitations in studying Enterprise decision by Static decision-making, rational decision-making methods etc, the paper establishes the evolutionary game model of Enterprise based on the view of evolutionary game theory, and analyses its dynamic evolutionary procedure. The results show that the system´s evolutionary direction is closely related to cost and return, and influenced by system´s initial status. Moreover, key factors that affect the system evolution, cost of supervision, intensity of speculative, enterprise faith, are obtained and researched in this paper.
