  • Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. The report is devoted to the description of Plasma and High Density Energy Technologies and their computer simulations liquid electrode gas discharges (LEGD). This kind of discharge can be used in a plasma technology for high quality heat protected, antifriction, dielectric and anticorrosion coatings and for metals and alloys heating in the surface of wet isolators in high voltage electric lines electrolytes. In spite of opportunities of liquid discharges in electronics and plasma chemistry, they are not investigated in details not experimentally nor theoretically. The results of structure and general electric characteristics of the volume discharge in a gas with nonmetal electrodes are presented.
