Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. The dynamical behavior of dust particulates has been widely investigated, including the rotation of a dust cloud and voids in a dust cloud. Ishihara and Sato (2001) suggested the spinning motion (about 10 Hz) of a dust particulate in an ion flow with a magnetic field due to the ion shear flow around the dust. In the present study, the interaction between a finite-size dust particulate and the ion flow in the presence of magnetic field is discussed based on kinetic theory.
