We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This paper introduces technology and application on treating gasification effluent of fertilizer with Physical-chemistry and biochemistry united technology. The technology is simple and viable, and has less land occupied. When main equipments run normally, the gasification effluent of fertilizer treated with the united technology reaches second-degree discharge standard of `Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Synthesize Ammonia Industry´.
