Abstract
The thermal, dielectric, mechanical, and automotive application related properties of a substrate called TI-Strate, formed by a laminate of a metal, a polymer and a metal are studied. Aspects are examined of the interaction between the materials used in the system and the processing and environmental parameters and their effect on the properties of the substrate. Data presented show the resistance of TI-Strate to a variety of fluids, chemicals, and processing conditions found in the automotive industry
