Abstract

Summary form only given. ADVISE special session aims to addresses an important issues related to Quality of Service (QoS) adaptation for the delivery of multimedia services over next generation wired/wireless networks. This session covers future multimedia communication systems that can be part of an end-to-end system by including support of the userpsilas needs and preferences and taking into consideration the terminal capabilities, the content specification and the underlying networking technologies. This session has papers presenting important results for handling QoS adaptation for multimedia content delivery.
