Abstract
The specifics of temperature investigations of impedance and magnetoimpedance effect in amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic soft materials have been carried out. It is shown that it is necessary to take into account the influence of thermo-stress factor on impedance and magnetoimpedance effect in these materials. The appliance of suitable composition materials as sensitive elements in GMI-based sensors allows varying to a large degree of termoimpedance effect value.
