Abstract
A bilateral exchange and distribution negotiation problem is a problem that two persons who have interdependent goals try to get a solution which satisfy any constraints by exchanging alternative resources in order to distribute the resources for more profits. It is difficult to solve this problem because it is not desirable to inform the negotiator´s constraints to the opponent. This paper proposes the negotiation method that each negotiator improves the opponent´s plan with knowledge, and sends it back to the opponent in order to find an agreement plan automatically
