Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. In this study, collisional effects on the property of time dependent sheath are experimentally observed. The experiment is carried out for the very thin cylindrical target with various pulse bias and operating pressures. The rise time of pulse and the operating pressure vary. Sheath propagation is observed using biased Langmuir probe to determine the plasma parameters and the sheath evolution. The experimental observation to the time dependent sheath with various pressures will be presented.
