  • Abstract
    All-optical regeneration of differential phase-shift keyed signals by an interferometric phase-sensitive amplifier is described theoretically and demonstrated experimentally. Measurements reveal simultaneous reduction of both phase and amplitude noise when the device functions as a limiting amplifier
