A template file for integrated records and analysis, used for systematic and efficient OBE-compatible records keeping and managing academic course

This paper describes a template file developed for keeping important records for an academic course systematically and efficiently. The records which are kept in one file in softcopy are attendances, marks for continuous assessments, marks for final exam, and grading criteria for the academic course. In addition to keeping the records, the template file also provides some analysis which enables the lecturer to make appropriate decisions or take actions based on up-to-date data and information in the template file.
