The testing layout sample points to collect the water measured spectral data with taking University of Technology section of Chengdu Dongfeng Drain as the research object; This research analyzed measured spectral curve combining with transforming spectral curve to infer the water pollution features of the yellow substance in the life affected zone; And it also inferred the water pollution chemical components in the industry affected zone, then defines the features of the pollution. The results indicate that sensitive bands of CDOM pollutants in life affected zone are in 380 - 395nm through analyzing the band region; While the bands of chemical composition pollution in industrial affected zone are concentrated between 800nm and 1000nm, the main chemical composition of the pollutant is sulfate; near the 1000nm is the characteristic of sulfates.
