Abstract :
Based on the analysis of coupling relationship of the enterprise organizational learning capability and network embeddedness capability in technological innovation networks, coupling degree evaluation model was set up by means of synergetics theory in this paper. Then, the model was used to evaluate the coupling degree of technological innovation networks including H enterprise,which was the core in that technological innovation networks, on its organizational learning capability and network embeddedness capability. The empirical results shows that: the relation between organizational learning capability and network embeddedness capability is in the middle coupling state and the moderate coupling synergy statel.
