Abstract :
Models for main reliability indices of composite electromagnetic systems are examined in this paper. A method of investigation of reliability indices for composite systems by means of generating systems is developed taking account of aging of systems´ output elements. Expressions for the probability distribution calculation of count of operating output elements, the availability function, the failure probability, the failure frequency and the failure rate are worked out in the cases when the lifetime of ageing output elements is circumscribed by the Weibull distribution.
