Abstract :
Enterprise Resource Based View (RBV) provides theoretical basis for research of sustainable competitive advantage of IT resources. This paper analyzed the relationship between IT resources and sustained competitive advantage of enterprises, and the choices of IT resources clustering index. IT resources fuzzy clustering model has been constructed. The Fuzzy C-Mean Clustering (FCM) algorithm based on rough set theory has been improved. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the clustering method has been proved by examples.
