Abstract :
New schematic decisions of analog electrically controllable microwave transmission phase shifters have been proposed. The possibility to extend the range of the microwave signal phase change due to the use of the capacitive effect of the transistor structure with negative resistance has been shown experimentally. The developed microwave phase shifters are characterized by a small error of a phase shift and a low insertion loss level.
