Abstract :
This article summarizes the different manufacturing technologies of integrated circuits, the possibilities of usage of two main types of transmission lines are considered, i.e. microstrip and coplanar, to perform the mixing in the range of 60 and 120 GHz. For the first time three assemblies of mixers: 30-60 GHz, 30-120 GHz, 60-120 GHz, have been offered within one version of the structure.
