Abstract
Some operational laws of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are defined. Two amelioration operators are developed, such as the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic average ( FIFWAA) operator, the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric average ( FIFWGA) operator. Basing on these operators, the problems which can not be solved by score function is proposed by accuracy function ,to ensure the tightness and rationality of score function. The methods of solving multi-criteria decision-making problems are proposed , in which the attribute weights are completely known and the attribute values are fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. An illustrative example shows the effectiveness and Correctness of multi-criteria decision-making with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers amelioration operators.
