Abstract :
We show how IEC (interactive evolutionary computation) makes 3D shape design an easy and intuitive task through subjective tests. We assume two different design aspects (real object reproduction and new shape creation), and conduct the tests with 20 subjects. Some qualitative observations and discussions are presented from the viewpoint of the effectiveness of the proposed modeling method
