Abstract :
We report a convenient scheme for generating arbitrary polarized light with a spatial light modulator (SLM). The wavefront reconstruction of the output beam is achieved by controlling the polarization rotation and phase retardation of every pixel in the beam cross section. The Jones Matrix of the system is calculated. The potential application of this setup is discussed.
