Abstract :
The semiconductor ZnO is a highly promising material for use in various detectors, solar cells, piezoelectric transducers, light emitters, transparent electronics etc. It is known that physical properties and scope are determined by morphology and size of the structural elements of the material. Consequently, development of technology that allows creating nanoporous metal oxide structures with a highly-developed surface area is currently of great interest. Therefore, the aim was to develop a technology for production of porous nano-zinc oxide, and determining relationship between morphology of the layers and their optical, physical, electrical, and sensory properties for possible applications in optoelectronics and sensor electronics.
