Abstract :
In this paper, a micron thick sputtered film of a soft-magnetic alloy composition (FeCoSi) has been powdered into flake particles having well defined aspect ratio and dispersed in polymer with controlled orientations forming structured Flake-Polymer composites (SFPCs).
