    In this paper mainly deals with the nanostructured TbMn/sub 6/Sn/sub 6/ ribbons prepared by melt spinning method and investigates the influences of the cooling rate on the magnetic properties of nanostructured TbMn/sub 6/Sn/sub 6/ ribbons.
