Abstract :
It´s hard to ensure the fastening effect of spacesuit tension rod for the lack of quantitative control. Therefore, the strain and torque of the tension rod are regarded as controlled parameters to ensure that the installation force is fixed. Two experiment methods are put forward to realize quantitative control of the tension rod. Many factors of the experiments that might affect the accuracy of the installation were considered. Besides, the impact of each factor can be determined by experiments. The test results indicated that the two methods are feasible, and being clear of the impact of each factor does good to optimize the installation process. Above all, by the comprehensive analysis on the result of experiment and the installation process requirements, we have gained the two methods´ own advantages and application value in practical project.
