Abstract
Properties of the current decomposition according to Czarnecki´s concept have been analyzed. The paper showed that components of scattered current are either in the phase or in opposition to their corresponding active current harmonics. Each harmonic of the scattered current with the supply voltage generate the active power, however the sum of these powers is equal to zero in period T. It has been proposed to use the sum of active and scattered currents in the compensation procedure of the reactive current according to Czarnecki´s concept as well as in scattered current elimination, to get the optimal energy transfer from the source supply to the load.
