Abstract
The Eastern Ontario Regional Network is a unique Public-Private Partnership focused on delivering Internet connectivity to rural citizens. Over the course of four years the project built out 160 Gigabit Ethernet points of presence, over 1000 km of new fibre and last mile networks delivering 10Mbps or more to residents and businesses.
