    The problem of constructing three-dimensional, ntimesmtimesm arrays over GF(q) is studied, where each ntimesm subarray in one direction contains a codeword of a code Copf1 over GF(qm), while each ntimesm subarray in the perpendicular direction contains a codeword of a code Copf2 over GF(qm)
