  • Abstract
    A computer controlled impulse testing and measurement system has been developed. The system includes fiber optic isolation, microcontroller, digitizer, high voltage controller and sophisticated control and measurement software. It proved to be reliable and safe in the high voltage test environment, providing enhanced testing features while simplifying test operations
