Abstract
A system which measures the throughput and latency of ADSL-based interactive video delivery systems has been designed and deployed in a Northern Virginia market trial. In addition to providing quantitative analysis of the Set Top Box, video dial tone signalling subnetwork, and video server system performance, the experiences yielded insight into the design of equipment for deployment at both the headed and customer premises
