Abstract
This paper provides interactive four networks which consist of technology, government, human and policy, and information communication technology (ICT) as tools for meeting the grand challenge of sustainable development in Africa and the global community. It provides also the roadmap of features for the networks which has to be developed by inclusion of the local content. This consists of engineers, technologists, university, and policy makers.
