Abstract :
In this study, we measured LIDTs of dielectric and metallic coatings with Nd:YAG laser (wavelength 1064 nm, pulse width 4 ns). The purposes are to clear the influences of material´s configurations and initial conditions of free electron. This study is the first trial to evaluate the temperature dependence of optical coating´s LIDTs.
