Abstract :
In this thesis, the statistical characteristics of ship-radiated noise are discussed. Then, a mathematical model of the noise reconstruction is established for given sea depth and straight distance. The model includes the main characteristics of ship-radiated broadband noise: the continuous power spectrum, the line spectrum, the envelope spectrum, the total radiated sound power and the sound level through characteristic considering the shielding effect of hull and wake. These features can be used in other research such as reconstruction of the noise waveform which contains the characteristics above. The main parameters of model are as follows: Frequency Span: 3Hz~20kHz; Sea Depth: 30m~1000m; Straight Distance: 1000m; Ship Tonnage: 100 tons~100,000 tons; Apply Ship: Watercraft with a normal speed.
