Analysis on Mechanism of Knowledge Management in Forming Innovative Clusters

Through discussions of knowledge management within innovative clusters, this paper analyzed the knowledge chain in innovative clusters, the structure and connotation of innovative clusters in terms of knowledge management, and mechanism of knowledge management in forming innovative clusters. The cycle of knowledge chain brought about appreciation of knowledge and technological innovation in four knowledge levels: individual, value chain, network and cluster. In the process that knowledge evolves into innovative clusters in the fields of diversification, specialization and industrial clusters, main knowledge innovation activities like socialization, externalization, internalization, assembling and outflow of knowledge begin to emerge.
