Product Realization-Based Performance Evaluation of Supply Chain Integration

Based on the concept of integrated total supply chain performance evaluation, a product realization-based performance evaluation system is presented to assess the performance of supply chain integration from all perspectives and in a dynamic tracking way using the theory of project management. And, in the light to balanced scorecard, the performance is investigated from the five aspects cost, sourcing process, the integrated degree between the focal come and suppliers, quality, and order fulfillment. At the end, a scorecard template is established to illustrate how the system works.
