Abstract :
The application of control charts is always cumbersome because the initial limits for the charts are somewhat subjective. Combined with these initialization demands are products with short life cycles in manufacturing environments operating under startup conditions. The reason for some of the implementation difficulty is the cycle of control chart application. The challenge is to break the cycle (or circle) and establish a starting point
