Abstract
A Pickett Potter horn antenna feed for millimeter-wave has been theoretically investigated in this paper and a 34.1 GHz scale model of a Pickett Potter has been developed and tested. The dual-mode horn has equal beam width between E and H patterns. The dimension of the antenna is fixed, according to the system requirement. The testing result shows that the antenna performs well according to formal design target and complies with the simulation results.
