Abstract :
A group of methods and algorithms determined by them allowing one to determine the probabilistic characteristic (PC) of limiting-admitted (LA) and potential-possible (PP) (reduced concerning LA) capacities of electropower systems (EPS) structural establishments such as electrotransfers (ET) and power stations is considered. For this purpose numerous data are required. Among them there are input and output data of the EPS regimes. The entrance or input data of the former are the active, reactive powers of load nodes and active powers, voltages of generator nodes and output data are overflows of active and reactive powers on elements of a network. The methods used for obtaining the PC are the method of non casual functions from casual arguments (NFCA) and the method developed by the authors - the selection of interval borders of initial and output data (SIBD)
