  • Abstract
    High voltage pulsed plasma technology has been widely used in the environmental engineering applications in recent years. The newest research results and the latest development directions of the pulsed power technology are described in this paper. The characteristics of the non-thermal equilibrium plasma are also listed. Through the analysis of the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator and the organic wastewater treatment with the HV pulsed plasma technology, its advantages in the environmental engineering are summarized.
