Abstract :
The problem is considered about synthesis of novel elastic elements with torsion "negative" stiffness (TNS). TNS-elements are inhomogeneous thin-walled structures. The models of state of stress and strain have been created to compute and optimize the TNS-elements\´ parameters. The nonlinear problem is solved about a cylindrical bending of TNS-elements\´ system with large displacements under combined load in the supercritical area. This problem is solved by the FEMs and with the help of author\´s science technique and application package. Experimental results correspond well with theoretical predictions. TNS-elements can be used by the creation of adaptive vibrating systems, in particular, for the stiffness\´ control in the vibration protecting mechanisms for the men-operators of land transport machines and pilots of helicopters
